ROFL... The charges in the Schwindlers Lawsuit are laughable and I find them unbelievable. I am having a hard time picturing Ginny Fields on a motorcycle riding up and down. Can you imagine a person of Ginny's standing use foul language? I find it impossible to believe. I am having a hard time believing that she and her son did any of these crazy acts. In my opinion, The Schwindlers are doing this so the Connetquot School District will give their children door to door service saving them a babysitter fee. I also feel that in suing Ginny they want to win enough money to pay their baby sitter, buy a Porsche, and retire at 42.

If you haven't got enough guts and reason to burn the house down... why get the court involved! The whole bunch of them should grow up! And I have to wonder... if this politician knew she was renting these cottages ILLEGALLY... why did she do it in the first place? Have the real estate taxes been adjusted to that of commercial property... have the income taxes on the income from these rentals been reported and paid? Sounds like the neighbor might have a case... sems this politician DOES think she's above the law!

Forget all the stupid PITA neighbor stuff. The most important part of this whole story is "the illegal" cottages. Secondly, did they file the rental income for these cottages on their tax returns. Probably not, another politian caught cheating. Of course, she should just ammend her returns now and send in a check. Shortly after the check arrives, Ginny will be getting a call for an Obama cabinet position.

To Unbelievable from Sayville: I heard and saw some of of Ms. Fields strong language and antics. So, unless you have something to backup what you say oh uninformed person … pipe down. And on the bus stop moving - I think it is very inappropriate for the Supt. of the district to give special treatment to Ms. Fields. I was at the BOE meeting where this was brought up and it was hushed up and swept under the carpet by the administration and BOE. I was not convinced that this bus stop move was filed for properly. Also, why in some cases do kids have to walk to their bus stop at 6:30 am, in the winter in the dark almost 1/4 mi or (10 blocks or so) to their bus stop for early programs ? This has been pointed out to the district and nothing has been done about it at all. But, Ms. Fields gets a bus stop changed (snap) like that ... because of who she is and what her relationship with the district is ? That “Unbelievable in Sayville” is UNBELIEVABLE !!

One would think that having a State representative as a neighbor would be a home run for the community. However, it seems this representative feels that her personal agenda is more important than children at a bus stop or renting property within the limits of the law. These are the people who make the laws we are to abide by. What kind of example is she setting? That these laws she helps create are good enough for us and not for her.

As a politician, she should have held a meeting with her neighbors, instead of taking matters into her own hands, and use her influence to change things that would make things better, on her behalf. There are always other options when handling a situation.

It took me the better part of a year trying to change the location of the bus stop on my block, because it was on a busy street. I work for the government as well. Does this mean that a problem that I have be solved quicker than a person that doesn't work for the government. This individual does it in a matter of days. Just another case of do as I say, not as I do. Does she realize that she is elected by the very people of whom she is allegedly harassing?

This is also a case of he said, she said, and needs to be worked out in the courts. I certainly do not believe evrything I read in the paper. It will be interesting to see how this case will turn out.
