I was at the Fiscal Court meeting last night and I regret not speaking my mind. This Gary Moore guy has got to guy. He hired some young twerp to be his PR man. The county needs more law enforcement officers or more people to help with our roads and infrastucture. Boone County doesn't need someone to be on the payroll to assist a politician's motives.
