Oil-field workers find body

Oil-field workers found an abandoned vehicle parked near a vacant house early Saturday on the Johnson & Ernst oil lease and were shocked when they discovered the body of a 42-year-old Vernon woman lying nearby.

She was murdered!!! Who ever did it, was really hurt by her, this was a crime of passion, he beat her, stabbed her, cut her throat, and ran over her!!! I say He, I knew her and there's no way a woman could have done that 2 her

im an out of town friend of hers and i want to know if you have any suspicions of who did this to her...i just heard the autopsy report and you already knew what had happened...how did you know this...

He did not beat her two he didn't cut her throat and three he didn't run her over. I don't know where you got your information but its all wrong. There wasn't even a fight. He got into a fight two days before he killed my sister. She didn't have a chance to put up a fight. You will see why later as the rest of the story comes out.

They got him only after four days after it happened. Thanks to everyone who worked on this case. Everyone involved did a great job. Please keep us in your prayers. We won't have closure until it is all over and it has just begun.

I used to work with Rosemary about a year ago and i am still in shock of what happened. I really enjoyed working with her. She was a good person and did'nt deserve any of this. To all of her family and friends, you are in my prayers and may god bless you all through this painfull time in your lives. I pray that justice prevails in this case, and that the person responsible pays severely for what they have done. I am greatful for having known Rosemary, may her spirit live on forever!!!

I find it horrible that some ppl are trying to get attention from something so horrific. Rosa was a friend and didn't deserve this. All my condolences to her husband and children and especially her parents who truly are devastated. So many stories and rumors that are just not true. At least Rosa knew who were the true, honest, and loving ppl in her life. She deserves that respect and so does God!

The DA will talk to the family as soon as they get all the reports together they said it would probably be the end of this week or maybe next week.

so,i read u r a sister of hers ,1st i want to send my condolences to u.and if i may say "rumors" is all we know.its sad,sicking and terrible that it has happened.we in this small community all want to know the truth like you said later we will see when it all comes out.this type of crime makes me wish i was detective.that is to find every clue and punish all that had part if any.

i agree..vernon cannot stand another scandal
