Chances are the father knew the son was drinking. Seriously people, you can smell it on people's breath. and the saying "alcohol may have been involved" ususally means it was was. It just needs to be confirmed by the coroner. And frankly "Ebony" telling the one poster to learn how to read, is a bit ignorant in itself and really wasn't necesary. The article clearly gave the impression that the driver was drinking. So let's hear from the parents that think it's ok to supply alcohol to their children. What've you got to say now?

I did read it. I wasn't attacking you. And I wasn't saying "what have you got to say now" to you. I was stating that to those parents who supply liquor to their kids. Why so angry?

On second thought, I don't want to know why you're angry and felt personally attacked or why you think it's ok to attack other people for their intrepretation of the article. It is what it is and judging by what you said, you're an awful lot like my mother and no amount of talking or communicating will ever get you to say something without being critical and punitive. I politely back out of this post because I already have one bitter mother, don't need to talk to another. Have a good evening.

Doesn't surprise me. Most of the driver's in Chicago are idiots because their parents were idiots as well. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree...
