Why do we bother to arrest anyone if they are not going to be punished?
And, he was on probation for a previous DWI conviction.
I think we need a new system.

Wow! What an absolute joke. He has a previous DUI, tests .37 (almost FIVE times the legal limit), has his kid in the car, and serves no time. I wonder which limp dick judge dished out this sweet deal?

LMAO Are you kidding me? I can't believe that's all this guy got for punishment! He should be doing some serious jail time. Something is totally wrong with the system. I have known people with a first offense that got worse punishment and they didn't have thier *KID* in the car! Im sure he will do it again and kill an innocent person of course.

He must be a honcho in the DFL or one of their government unions. A regular subject would get years in prison and lose everything.

How can this judge sleep at night? Public safety is not assured, punishment is still only a concept, and who would be deterred to commit a similar crime. Where were the MADD folks when this abomination of justice took place?

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Leo

A loved one is being rather tetchy today. It won't take much to get on their nerves, even if you think they're being grossly unfair about it. Try not to make the situation worse by being sarcastic or provocative. Instead, encourage them to tell you what's wrong but without raising their voice. Once you know what you've done to irritate them you can start to put it right.
