Police that Think they are above the Law, and break laws, because other police officers have their backs, need to be brought to the forefront and Charged for their crimes, as all citizens are expected to obey the Laws!

I have seen it with my own eyes! I have seen police officers in a certain restaurant in Oak Hill, with their child and wife / girlfriend, both adults drinking, get in their police cruiser and drive away. Now, let that be an average citizen that drinks and drives let alone with a child in the car. That is child endangerment. The average citizen would be slapped with a felony so quick on that one, but them... NOPE! The good ole boy system!

Yes alot of them drink and drive often! MADD hopefully could and should step in against them, but Police would cover it up! only chance would be if they might would be in an accident! I know of One,(i'd love to mention his name) i saw a few months ago, came in the ColdSpot, Drank approx 9 beers, got in his car and drove off! The Good Ole Boys!

I worked at a place... Personally served one 10 beers. He got in his county issued vehicle and drove off! I was hoping he would get caught, but they would have just let him go! Ah, the Good Ole Boys!

You're right on one point. What they do on their time is their business. However, if they're drinking/driving on thier time then climb into their official vehicle [paid by our taxes]... this should NOT be.

Taking it to the superiors is of no use since it will be conveniently covered up. Might want to try to send to media then watch them do a song and dance on camera. I've seen this method work in the past and it can be kinda funny. Embarassing though for those involved.

Put it on YouTube then post a link on Topix. That would do it.

yes what they do on their personal time is their business but its not okay to drink and drive I don't care who they are they aren't the only people with a stressful job,, they like to stick together so why not call one of their buddies to give them a ride instead of driving. I don't care if your the president it don't give you a right to put other people at risk because you have had a bad day just think how it would affect one of these officers if they hurt someone while driving drunk!

Your absolutely right. I've worked in the legal field for years (NOT A COP) and I've seen or heard of them calling people whores, beating people up, drinking and driving...pretty much everything. It's discusting what goes on in Oak Hill and Fayette County in general. I've lived here my whole life and I've never seen or heard of it being this bad. It used to be the State Troopers were the only one's honest, now their as bad or worse then the rest. PEOPLE LISTEN UP....PUT VIDEO CAMERAS IN UR HOME anytime u need to call them and they WILL abuse someone who has done nothing wrong, other then ask for assistance....and IF u can get it on the news without interference from the "government" around here, they WILL be called out on there total UNPROFESSIONALISM AND ILLEGAL activities!!!(I've spoke with a friend who is also an attorney and this was his advice.) Even if it doesn't make it on the news it will protect u from made up charges! However, if they arrest u for something ur fu..ed, because once they've got u in there "home" they know their good ol' boy partners are not going to tell shit and will lie to protect them. Eventually this shit is going to stop one way or another. I don't care what you've done or who u are their job is to arrest u if you've done something wrong, not beat the shit out of u, or abuse u, or take the drugs and charge u with something else. They should be drug tested on a regular basis and filmed at all times, but we all know that will never happen! It's a shame the cops are worse then the criminals they arrest.
