<quoted text>So what you are saying is if you know the right people and in the right clique and have friends in the legal arena in Fayette Co. you can get by with anything you damn well please. Is that a pretty good summary of the way the legal system works around here?
It would seem so. Only a small hanful of these people will serve any time at all. Most will plea to a lesser charge and help the police to reduce their punishment. Some will go "Scott Free" because of who they know. Most of them are repeat offenders. You will hear the same story over and over "Due to over crowding in the jails and orisons, you will get probation and a small fine" What ever happened to justice? Revert back to cutting hands off and stone people! Maybe that will put the fear in people who do wrong?

I agree that their justice system is a joke, but I do have to say that I just read that Gary Keller was sentenced to 70 years this morning for sexual assault on a minor. Kudos to Fayette Co.(at least for this case!)

Yes yes way to go. But i do not understand dont they at least bn told that in jails or prison they give ppl something to keep from being sexaul. If this is so then once their charged n released cant they give em something to protect r children too instead of just th prisoners. And as i said folks ive bn tol this i do not know if it really true.

No this is not true. I wish, but no. I am glad one judge saw through the crap and gave a REAL sentence. But let's be real, there are petty drug delalers doing more time tham murderers or baby rapers! It's not the police's fault, the judge rules on this stuff.
I am not in any way saying I agree with drug dealers, they should all go to jail or prison. As well as thieves!

Yes i agree well fooy on what i was told maybe i was just dreaming. But u know it isnt just fayette co that has this problem i think its hitting everywhere n when it crashes th smaller towns i feel like its because its got that bad. And it doesn't help when law enforcers have let their people down by showing favoritism with some and some not so favorite.but i think a pat on the back to this judge wether it may b judge hatcher or judge blake from all us parents grandparents aunts or uncles. Thank you for keeping our babies safe from one more sicko out. And im sorry but i know of nothing else to call them. Maybe brainless loveless idk i will never understand how ne body in any way shape or form can harm a baby a child or even ne body who cant defend themselves
And i once again thank this judge, for takeing a heartless person away from our children and his..
