Does anybody know anymore about the Brown murder down on route 61 at the old Sunoco Station?
I remember Mr. Eddie Brown, I grew up going into his store every day on my way to school and from, he was my summertime pit stop while we were out playing. I've always wondered who would hurt such a nice guy.

. I was in prison with Kim Agents mom, Kathy, for a lot of years. I remember when Kim was killed and it really has been hard for her to deal with. I can't imagine losing a child.

She overdoesed and they didnt want to be introuble so didnt call for help then pushed her body over the cliff! They should be held responsible for their part along with whomever supplied the drugs which was most likely them also!

Just curious and reading... Andrew Wriston was he 15 at the time of his death?
Who is Tommy Farmer? How would someone know he went behind the building with the boy and not tell the police? Just wanting to make sense of this because I just recently heard of this "superior furniture murder"
LaughingAtUALL wrote:
. Don't even get me started on Andrew Wristons case! He didn't commit suicide, The whole damn town knows Tommy Farmer followed that boy behind Superior furniture and hung him off the back of the truck..Andrew was way too messed up to ride his bike on home, he stopped in down there on the parking lot the night of July 4th 2002 asking some of the local kids that hung out with their cars there for a ride home. Tommy happened to be there. When Andrew walked behind the building to pee, Tommy followed him and returned 20 mins later stating that Andrew had hung himself. Honestly the police force can't catch a killer unless the killer is dumb enough to leave evidence behind or to confess.. Anyone with any common sense could commit a murder here and get away with it, sadly!

. If course !!! You must consider the sheriffs , police , officials , judges, etc of Fayette county in the past and present .

<quoted text>
There were witnesses that heard the conversation between Tommy and Ashley. Ashley was sleeping with Tommy and Andrew. Tommy had been out to get Andrew for awhile. It was labeled a suicide by oak hill pd. His father will even tell you. Tommy left town the very next morning.. Several of the kids that was there that night told the police what Tommy had said, a couple of them walked behind the building after Andrew didn't return, they didn't believe Tommy. They seen him hanging, freaked out and they left. No one bothered to call 911, he was found the next morning by a superior furniture worker... It's common knowledge that they suspected Tommy, but without evidence or confession, they weren't going to put much time and effort into the case. People talk in this small community.. Always have, always will!

I worked with Van White at Oakhill Richwood Field Service called at the time and Diddle was my Neighbor living with his mom and dad at Pine Knoll Apartments and the young Diddle would play his guitar around walking. I feel like Van White would not do this murder purposely but if they was drinking or on drugs anything can happen.Van did like to get smart with people many times.I have driven him to work many times. He would always carry on in the car. I hope that they really get the truth and complete evidence. I wish no one especially Van White would go to jail. He does need help.

Hi - I'm new to this topix and had recently heard about some of this stuff. I'm curious about Theresa Woods and this Kimberly Agent. Both in Oak Hill? Found in Laurel Creek? I guess this recent car fire has me curious about other stuff that has gone on down there. I grew up in Oak Hill/Kincaid and this is really creepy. Any other info on these two girls or suspects? Thank you.

I knew Kimberly Agent and her mother Kathy.. Kim was a good kid, who needed some parental guidance.. The man who found her remains was a suspect.. so much so, his own wife left him.. 9 years before her murder was Theresa Ann Woods, who in some ways resembled Kim. I've always felt like who ever killed Theresa also killed Kim, their remains were found in the same wooded area about 2 miles apart. Those woods start out up behind the Basham's junk yard and go into Laurel creek. It's a shame no one was ever convicted of either murder. Still think their murderer is one in the same. Don't even get me started on Andrew Wristons case! Your right it is creepy what is even more suspect and creepy is police fail to solve these murders and missing people cases and refuse it looks like to keep the public updated and give more details to the public who may have seen or heard something that jogs their memory to put 2 and 2 together and a suspect can then be questions people should tell what they know and provide links so should the news until these cases are solved they should never let the story die off that shows total disrespect to these murder victims and their families an the public to.

I heard he walked the tracks to work and was hit on the head somewhere on his way down the tracks. I think he made it to work and was found there by somebody. I hope they do find the person who did it. He was such a wonderful kind person.

So what is your point in that statement we all know he is dead that is why his murder was put on here. So is your point he is dead because he was a giving nice man? So please make your point more clear So we can understand you and your meaning. While its been a long time the murder will still be solved, that Blouse had DNA on it and someone remembers seeing it and who owned it. Other murders will be solved to seems like these multi state task forces are taking over and many crimes from Murder, to Rape and Arson Ohio has been busy making arrest on their Cold Case Files and solving them. When these multi state task forces take over crimes get solved. Its known police often know who did a crime and at some point they do a sweep they bust a 100 or more people give or take a few. We see it in the news all the time criminals only escape justice but so long then they are caught and WV needs to bring back the Death Penalty on murders.

Small towns do not have the expertise or qualified personnel to solve crimes. Normally the officers are qualified to stop speeders, deliver warrants and arrest drunks. You get what you pay for.-------. I'm not trying to degrade your officers. A murder case is normally over their heads.
