This man tried to get in my car one day a few yrs. ago. Scared me to death. He needs to be off the streets! Tried to get me to give him money. I was driving through a parking lot in town. He is crazy!! Sorry, but it's the truth.

was this guy passed out when jeff did this or did he have a gun or what ? jeff could not kill anybody or anything without something in his favor like a gun ,a knife somebody sleeping . he aint nothing but skin and bones and the only time he aint blown out of his mind is when he wakes up unless that guy overdosed on some of jeffs drugs

Just because jeff looks so out of it in the picture means nothing. That picture could have been 3 or 4 hours after it happened. I've seen jeff all cracked out and full of energy. I mean anybody is capable of killin someone, and it can be done with numerous different things. Idk what happened though but knowing him and greg I couldn't put it past them. Those kinds of drugs will make a person do anything

wow it has been a long time sence i have been on topix and i can see it has not changed the same thing. I do not know any of these guys but i am sure the police did not just say well less go find this guy and charge him with murder they know what they are doing and from what i have read i would say he did off this dude prayers going out to the familys.

well just to let everyone know the autopsy came back and the guy died of alcohol poisoning. so all charges have been dropped and jeff has been released.

That doesn't change the fact that he should be off the streets. He scared me to death one day in town. He is always "on" something or has serious problems. You obviously care about him, maybe get him some help.

i care bout the ppl that r close family with him. they r nothing like him and have tried for years to get him help but u cant help someone who doesnt want it. unfortunately he doesnt want help. i wish the state would take over the alcohol drugg theiving problems in our area and create a safer place for our community. he and alot of others in thos town would be alot better off in some kinda place forcing them to get help. cut out some of this welfare fraud around here and the state could probably afford some type of forced rehab and mental place. n no i have no problem with welfare for ppl who actually deserve it, before ppl try to go psycho on me over that.

There's a reason they plastered his face everywhere accusing him of murder. Usually when people overdose or drink theirself to death or just dies unexpectedly, the police don't arrest the closest person to the scene and plaster his face everywhere saying he is going to be charged with murder. You are right though nobody knows what really happened that night, including you. Regardless if he is being charged with the murder or not he definately has no business being free on the streets with his brother greg and the rest of the town trash. I hope they find something that sticks and law enforcement continues to do everything they can to clean this town up.
