Now that's strange with those type of charges. The state of w.va locked a guy friend of mine up for far less then this. I'm tired of the double standard when it comes to cases like this. It is only one conclusion to draw and that is this woman can and will provide information to the authorities on crimes on the street. She must be giving people up.

my only problem with that is - THEY TRADE one piece of crap for another-the one that snitches continues on as before.. I've heard sometimes the police even let ones go so others will THINK THEY did snitch or tells the ones they interrogate names of who "gave them up" so retaliation will split the bad guys up and they'll do each other "off" hmm

Yes and it's sad it would be so much more honorable to do your time rather than letting the police turn you into a volunteer. Unpaid snitch.

In my opinion , and you know what they say about that! Lol
If you are caught breaking the law or involved, everyone involved should get same punishment, no plea bargains , no tell on this one and we will cut you loose. And for the violent crimes if the are found guilty or admit to the crime, do unto them what they done to there victims, unless I case of child or elderly abuse, hang them until they are dead in the middle of downtown charleston, he'll with Miranda rights if cop or someone gets caught in the act, make the punishment fit the crime, we would save a lot of money and wouldn't need as many jails, nuff said
