Oak Hill Garbage Disposal

Just a word to everyone who uses these people. The owner does not care if his drivers are cruel to your animials when they are collecting your garbage. I am no longer going to use them and hope to file some kind of lawsuit against the company and the drivers if I can ever learn their names.

It wasn't a dog :) It was horses in a fenced pasture. We keep our dogs in a fence also :)

Lusk garbage in Ansted ... it takes about a week to get started but they run in oak hill and fayettevill area and they are a lil bit cheaper too ... i know who your talking about but i cant tell you the names its illegal to put peoples names on this site . sorry . What did they do to your horses? People who are cruel to animals make me crazy...I just cannot tolerate cruelty to an innocent and loving animal. Shame on them...I don't knows how these people sleep at night. Im sorry you have had this.happen. we also switched to lusk out of ansted and really like them.

I live on a side road and my fence goes up to the road. They saw the horses right beside of the fence, slowed down and blew their air horn. My one horse jumped, fell to her knees, hit her head before she was able to run off. My pony is limping. This is the second time they did this.

they hit my vehicle and put a big crease down the side of it. when i called and told the manager he started yelling at me and told me i was just tring to get money from them, and then denied it to the fullest extent. called the cops and they told me since noone else seen it that it was my word against theirs and nothing could be done.

I called the WV Public Service Commission, the guy I spoke to knew them well, and said he very rarely got any complaints. I wanted to tell him that most people just let the rudeness go. Oh and there is no other garbage company I can use.

sounds like you need to get a life, you don't need to be spying on anyone to hear an airhorn. I use oak hill trash too & if i ever witness anything like that done to any defenseless animal they'll be blowing that airhorn straight out their @$$.

Get them on video doing this to your horses. If possible, more than once to show a pattern of cruelty. You could then sue them for damages. It always works when you can kick them square in the wallet.

Everyone has a soft spot for animals. Any judge that sees this would probably hit em hard.

No one who slings trash for a living is going to hurt someones animal even if they hated the nasty customer! Its a JOB. There worried about getting done and going home. There not on welfare like you oak hill pieces of sh!%. Stop running your mouth about ppl with jobs!
