I understand that Mr. Feltner was denied parole today in a hearing, meaning he will be in prison for at least 1 more year. hopefully next year I can post the same post. We can only hope. I believe the justice system is working on this one. Don't you agree.

The most they can make him serve is 10 years in WV. I'm betting on him getting parole next year.

2 - 10 years for each count, 2 counts, mean he could be there 20. As much $ he stole, he should do the whole time. He stole from ohfd. Them taxes that comes out your check, well some of them go to the fd. Guess what. He used your taxes to support hisself and fam and when he gets out your tax dollars be his support too.

He should spend the whole sentence in jail but he won't. A person in a place of public trust doing something like this, shameful.
Since WV, Jails are over crowded and he isn't a violent offender I am actually surprised he wasn't paroled this time. I bet WhatsUp is right and he does get out next year, if not sooner.
I also bet as soon as he gets out of jail, just as soon as it's possible for him to do so, he declares bankruptcy to get out of paying fines and restitution.
Did the city ever try to sell off any of his holdings? Or for some reason or the other did they fail to do so.
He use to play the hell out of the poker machines at the Hot Spot on old 16,
and would tell people he got the money to do so from drug busts he did with the regional drug task force.
I'd bet good money he still has a bunch of cop friends and connections.
your a joke

I bet as soon as he gets out he will be put back on the fire department. He couldn't have stole all that money without other members being in on it, could he? There gonna take him right back into the fold.

He won't do 20 years..he probably got a 6 month setup and will be out in 6 months..but who knows maybe they gonna let him stew for awhile.. Problem with our justice system ..don't get me started....but if u rob a bank for 25K u get 10 to 20 years with no bail..if u rob a bank for trillions you get a "corpoarate bailout" from good old uncle Sam. Go figure ...thanks to all you crooked cops bankers judges and politicians our "justice system" will never work correctly..its all about the Benjis
