Yes. They can sue the school. They will also have Crime Compensation Fund to draw from. They can sue Rick himself in civil court and take whatever he has amassed over the years. What of it?

She is a woman. She is a child. Her admitting to what happened is scary and hurts her emotionally. She would rather say it didn’t happen and go on with her life without all of this nonsense. It would be much easier. You people have no clue what it is like on the child and the child’s family. She probably lays in bed at night unable to sleep and wishing it would all just go away.
