A complaint was filed Thursday with U.S. District Court in Charleston against several Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies, alleging excessive force against the plaintiff, a mentally and physically disabled man.

Come on now guys. You know he got the shat beat out of him during the domestic dispute and the female deputy took pity on him and gave him a ride home.

These are just people wanting to cash in.

That's great u know so much. Need to be telling sheriff Kessler in his report he didn't name the woman deputy. And for some reason never in any newspaper or any papers named the female girlfriend. Need to think before u judge.
