I keep my mailbox checked, but the mail carrier on my rout is not giving me all of my mail. My auto insurance emailed me saying that important information was returned to them, and they wanted to make sure they had the correct address. A few weeks ago I called the bank about a form I was supposed to recieve(after waiting for a month to get it) and they told me they sent it, but that it was returned damaged. What do I need to do? Call the post office or what? Isn't it illegal to tamper with mail, even if you're the post worker?

I called the USPS and filed a claim. It's being dealt with.

I have heard several complaints about the USPS here. All one has to do is look at the letter carriers here and see that there is an inclusive club to one persuasion. One would think the USPS would be more diversified.

I had an issue where I wasn't getting my medicine from the VA. I had to file a complaint also.
