Rush Limbaugh is suggesting that President Barack Obama and his political operatives already are laying the groundwork for a third term.

“You have to wonder if Obama is just trying to lay a foundation for not being a hypocrite when he tries to serve beyond 2016,” Limbaugh told his national radio audience.“I wouldn't be at all surprised if in the next number of years there is a move on the 22nd Amendment.”

Limbaugh has a point.

Upon Obama's taking office, Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y., introduced legislation in the House to repeal the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, which limits presidents to two consecutive terms or 10 years in office. Serrano’s justification for the bill is that, until 1951, nothing prevented a president from serving more than two terms.

Additionally, a grass-roots movement is under way to make Obama's third term possible. A Web site, http://www.end22.com/ , is dedicated to abolishing the 22nd Amendment and is asking supporters for donations to make it happen.

"We are wise enough to choose our own leader and to decide how long that leader will serve," the Web site states, noting there was nothing in the original Constitution of 1787 that barred a third or fourth term for presidents.

"With our current crises, the American People need to take back their right to elect the leader of their choice. The task is too large and the risk is too great. We must act now!"

Limbaugh acknowledged that Obama may not try to repeal the amendment on his own.

A sixth auction by an eBay seller who has claimed to have an original birth certificate – from Kenya – for President Obama has been scrubbed by the giant corporation, and doubts have begun to flourish as a promised YouTube video about the issue also failed to appear.

There also has been no response from the seller to WND's multiple attempts to make contact, except a written promise on the sixth auction description to meet with the news website.

All this despite written assurances from the YouTube poster known as "InspectorSmith" that work on the project was under way.

"We are working on the video right now," InspectorSmith promised late last night. But today, with no new video, there were both worries over the seller's health and condemnation of his actions.

"InspectorSmith – hello out there. We are getting ansy?(sic)" wrote one YouTube observer. "I still haven't given up on you. Please let us know if you are okay. It's pretty scary stuff!"

Added another, "This is nothing more than a money making scam, instead of a (sic) honest disclosure of the truth."

And despite multiple WND attempts to contact the seller known on eBay as "colmado_naranja," WND has not had direct communication regarding a meeting the seller announced in the most recent posting.

To an eBay user who had asked about the cancelled auction, eBay noted: "Unfortunately, the item is no longer available for purchase. This is disappointing for everyone, but sometimes it's necessary to protect you as a buyer. There are three main reasons why we remove listings: The listing doesn't follow eBay guidelines. The item isn't allowed on eBay or can only be listed under certain conditions. The listing contains pictures or words in it that may have created copyright or trademark issues."

WND has reported about the on-again, off-again offers referencing Obama's birth – and by extension his eligibility to be president – for the past week.

of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College .

Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.
The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright
Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was

This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

I thought, "finally a valid internet site. I think I'll read this." I clicked on snopes.com and guess what. They reported that these claims about Obama are FALSE.

You are correct. The "dream" was circulated as a wish list in Socialist Democrat circles in anticipation of a Socialist Democrat being elected to the presidency. They saw it comming, and as it appeard, the Slug himself made reference to it roundabout ways with snippets about going beyond his eight years in persuing his agenda.
