Good question. Only thing I know that can't happen in 2009 is that the Sun Valley project cannot be started in 2009. Do you mean that you hear that the Sun Valley project is not going to happen at all?

Don't know where you heard it, this is true. You see Salem is well off. This thinking is outside of Harrison county. Our sewer bond will be paid off and that money is extra. Just like the water So Clarksburg water board will get that

I don't know about other party but for me It's comeing. Salem will go into debt for two or three million and Clarksburg will be very happy in other words the hell with Salem. Our pepole will blame Yost and dolly for the whole thing, which is bull shit. Have a nice night

2 years ago the cost to run a line from lake floyed to Salem was 275,000 to 300,000 now now its over 2,000,000. The publiuc should have the right to see all of the paper work to all of papers on this. Our last council meeting went only 50 minutes I time it.
