Review: Drake Hardware & Lumber

Scott, the owner, is a little coward who is run by his partners at a lumberyard in Loveland. The guy has no business sense, as you can see when you first step foot in to the store. Maybe if the owner would actually work instead of tinkering with bicycles the place would do some business. Anyways, take your business elsewhere that has competitive prices until this loser gets bought out.

I don't know who this EJ guy is or where he learned to write, but he is mistaken about Scott and his business sense. Scott has been in the hardware business his whole life, and trust me that's a long time. He wouldn't have lasted this long in the biz if he didn't know what he was doing.
It's the only place I go when I need one of those things you hit nails with.

We've lived near Drake Hardware for several years and have found them to be helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and have even found prices cheaper than Home Depot on several items. I'd recommend Drake Hardware to a friend any time!

I've lived near Drake Hardware for the last 5 years (a Safeway regular), and I patronize Drake Hardware semi-regularly. The service has always been courteous and capable. I haven't compared prices with Home Depot, etc, but they seem reasonable. Neither have I noticed any stray bicycles cluttering the aisles.
