my first and only order from this place was in dec 08. after about 50 min waiting for a delivery i called back to speak to the supervisor, he acted annoyed by my complaint and hung up with me. the pizza finally arrived nearly an hour after i ordered it. the pizza was cold and looked like gag vomit that you get at spencer's gift. i called back and asked for the supervisors name and he would not identify himself. he hung up on me and my girlfriend as we attempted to get a refund on the pizza. he also gave us a fake name which i verified with the owner of the Guido's franchises. keep reading, it get's better. my girlfriend and i personally had to drive the pizza back to them to get our refund. i confronted the supervisor in person about his lack of customer service. we exchanged pleasantries and did like he did on the phone. he walked away behind the wall where he couldn't be seen. as we walked out the door one of the employees yells at me saying "get the F- out of here before i split your f'ing head". probably the worst experience with a restaurant in my 33 years on this planet. otherwise a pretty good pizza place

follow up on previous post. i must give the franchise owner credit for calling me back the following day. he appologized profusely and agreed that the novi store employees acted inappropriately. i nearly filed a police report with the novi p.d. because they did verbally threaten me right after they delivered a pizza to my home with my car in plain sight in front of their store.

I saw all the advertising about Guidos being the best in several towns, and decided to give them a try.

I ordered the small personal pizzas for $5.50 each so my wife could have vegetable and I could have pepperoni, ham, etc.(See their menu).

There was no problem with Guidos personnel, and the pizzas were great. Especially considering that we bought them three hours beforehand.

They were loaded with items, which is one of Guido's big selling points. For example, instead of seeing a few measley slices of peperponi on this small, personal pizza, they overlapped one another! The same with the ham, green peppers, etc.

The crust was just right, and I just finished my last piece this morning. After about 30 seconds in the microwave, the pizza puffed up, and still tasted fresh.(They were so packed with items, I could only eat three pieces last night).

We'll be going back to Guidos, even though it's a long drive to get them.

Sorry about the other customer. But my guess is those hostile employees are either long gone, or they've gotten a little training since January.

Hey if i was lying then why didn't your manager go to the police like i did? Glad you still remember me two-and-a-half years later. i think i made an impression since the company website says you're under new management.

"you are lying you fuckhead.you are the one that was threatning the owner.and then running away with your trashy woman."
hey Brad, way to show your class on this forum. i hope everyone sees what i had to deal with.

"then why i said something you ran away like a coward.you are just a big mouth little sissy. "

should i have stayed to fight you, when you admitted threatening me-OVER A PIZZA!!!

be careful, people have CCW's and carry unlawfully, keep running your mouth Brad and you'll eventually run into them.
