i'd rather drive to the what, 6 malls in the area such as 12 oaks, meridian, the new mall in brighton, fairlane, fountain walk, and sommerset, then deal with the traffic and people the mall would bring in. NO MALL!! we dont need it!
bad idea

I grew up in Hartland and now live in Brighton. There is absolutley NO NEED for another mall in this area. Especially in Hartland. M-59 is horrible as it is....they would just be asking for more deaths if they were to build Hartland Crossing!!! NO to the mall. I speak on my parents behalf as well....They live in Hartland still and the mall would be right outside their back door.

NO MALL!!!!! we dont need one in this area, a new city hall is not important, were not big enough for a newer building, and there is no need for a mall here. there are many in the area including a new one in brighton thats eastily a 10 minute drive. Landmark development says there preserving land by making it look nice, all they want is money, they dont care for the area's history whatsoever. My family's lived here for over 50 years, and this is rediculous! NO MALL

We just got a Target and we have a Farmer Jack, i'v heard of plans for a wal-mart(bad idea), a Meijer and a Kroger for the are, WHY DO WE NEED MORE OF THIS!?!?! This is a waste of time, waste of land, and ruining the once rural nice look of this area, these corperations are just in it for competition, and its a waste, there full of it and none of these things should be approved, we have a Target which is never full of people, and a Farmer Jack, groceries, and basic needs in both of them, why do we need more? Plus a big mall, NO!!! we dont need it!!! NO MALL, NO NOTHING!!!!!!

I think someone has posed many times with different names while yelling his comments. Too funny..we should all go back to horse and buggy.

not posed as different people pat, but actually 3 different people in the same family. If you want to go back to horse and buggy fine, but then why are you supporting this mall?

Yes to mall. Lets just get it started...doesn't Michigan need jobs. Has anybody considered the fact that the land (former Oasis truck stop) is has hefty environmental factors/costs associated with it. Nobody else has done anything with that land and I have looked at the plans (there's a link on Hartland Twp's website) and I think that would be great for that intersection. The intersection between 23 and 59 is prime commercial land...that is obviously going to be developed, why not whith something like what is planned. And, I live very close to where this is planned (~1/2 mile). Anyway, people always seem to complain about every development, and though some are valid complaints, this is just not one of those cases.
