The point is not all courts agree that banning SSM is unconstitutional. We both know that.
Is Judge Walker gay?
None of the appellate judges that agreed with his decision were gay, nor are any of the supreme court justices that will also uphold the overturning of Prop 8

lame argument, and already past it, Judges that are not gay are already agreeing

So lets see

Procreation is a lost argument
Same sex marriages leads to marrying your sister is a lost ( and particularly laughable ) argument
Judge was gay is a lost argument

What else you got? Other than hatred?

So is inter-racial marriage. So what? People are granted equal protection under the law, even when that's not popular.

Duplicate gendered couples are not just an obvious distinction from diverse gendered couples, they are a direct defective conflict with the very basic purpose of evolution.
You have no argument for 'equal' rights. If you dumb down marriage to 'two people in a committed relationship', you immediately discriminate against other friendships and the number involved.

Inter-racial marriages conflict in no way with the basic essence of marriage. They have been present throughout history in every culture.
Duplicate gendered couples fail at every level with marriage. They have never been accepted from start of finish in a single culture in all of human history.
Nor are the arguments the same, as much as you'd like to gay twirl it.
Moreover, it is common sense and simple logic, not scare tactics, that it would be prejudicial to allow only certain types of committed relationships and limit those to just two people. Unless of course, you could come up with a legit reason???
As to the message of the past, the only one I am aware of is that when an attempt to call gay couples married, it never survived for any length of time. Anywhere.
Smile.
Can you prove that gay marriage has never been accepted by any culture from beginning to end at any point in history?

Good point! If the Government permits Africans to "marry" White people, why shouldn't Government "legitimize" the "marriages" of two persons of the same (pardon the vulgarism) "sex" as well as legitimizing the marriages of we dog lovers who choose to marry the Honeys' of our own choosing?

Is it interesting that "man made" institution has been, and still is, virtually, an opposite sex union. Geeeeee.....I wonder why? Maybe....just maybe....sex between men and women makes more men and women. Even u, VV, were made that way.
Well, Pietro, for some reason, I was made differently; as were between 3% and 10% of the population.

Some of the earliest known recordings of mankind show homosexuality; some 5,000 to 9,000 years before Christ. That's somewhere between 7,000 to 11,000 years ago.

No one knows why gays and lesbians are here. It's really a question that no longer needs to be answered since scientists and medical professionals no longer believe homosexuality to be a disorder.

It's like asking, "Why are some people left-handed, while others are right-handed?" To spend time and money looking for an answer is ridiculous. Left-handed and right-handed people function just fine in society.

But that wasn't always the case. For many years and in many different cultures, left-handed people were considered evil. To use your left hand was considered sinful.

It's not so different for gays and lesbians. We're different in a very minor aspect from heterosexuals. We are no more evil or sinful than are left-handed people.

I hope you're able to accept this. Most of the industrialized world has accepted it.

Tell me, when's the last time a homosexual negatively impacted your life? We've lived among you for eons. And somehow the world has continued to spin.

And regarding your concerns about making more men and women, look around... The world has some 72,000,000,000 (that's billion) people on it. Do you really think that the LGBT community is having a negative impact on the population?

Mesolithic rock art in Sicily, which is believed to have been created somewhere between 9,000 BC and 5,000 BC, depicts phallic male figures in pairs that have been interpreted variously, including as hunters, acrobats, religious initiates and depictions of homosexual intercourse.

Looks like homosexuality has been a part of mankind for some 7,000 to 11,000 years.

Cultures have come and gone. Civilizations have risen and fallen. But homosexuality has endured.

Easy. There is no historical record or evidence.

Can you disprove that gay couples are a direct defective contradiction to the very core goal of evolution?

The pursuit of understanding the cause of homosexuality has not ended. Moreover, if scientists and medical professionals don't know the cause, how can they determine it is not a disorder?

As a 'professional' social worker, you spout this stupidity? Scary sad.

The fact is, scientists are very close to validating that homosexuality is a epi-marker mistake. A defect.

I can see you are skilled in the art of the Non-sequitur. We dog lovers never butcher and eat our four footed canine Honeys', but millions of our innocent animal friends are butchered and eaten by Homosexual Africans and non-Homosexual Africans and Homosexual and non-Homosexual non-Africans without their ever having given their "informed consent" for them to do so. Let's get back on track. The subject is marriage equality for we dog lovers in accordance with the Republican's infamous 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

Of course homosexuals have existed throughout human history. No one is disputing that. Do you have a major comprehension problem??? Or are you just being deceitful again???

Which only highlights your problem. Marriage has been a part of every single one of those cultures. No speculation about cave drawings is needed.

On the other hand, out of thousands of cultures, with gays present in every single one, and no single religion to be blamed, there has never been one single culture that has gay 'marriage' from start to finish.

That is extremely profound.

How could the APA make the decision that homosexuality was not and is not a disorder? Easy, because gays can and do in the vast majority of cases lead a normal, productive and happy life! The very same as us straights! Therefore it is not nor has it ever been a disorder! Try again defect boy! Pot meet kettle! And as Rose has asked many times, should you have been aborted? LOL

Did the panel identify themselves as "heterosexual"?
So, should divorced judges not hear divorce cases?

Should judges who own land not hear cases involving land disputes?

Should judges who invest their money not hear cases involving investment firms?

All of these judges could potentially have a conflict of interest in setting a precidence for later cases.

You're implying that a judge appointed by Reagan--a judge who as an attorney argued against an organization called "The Gay Olympics" and won--you're implying that he cannot be objective?

And finally re: the three judges who sat on the appeals hearing:

--Edward Leavy married Eileen Hagenauer, and subsequently raised four children.
--Michael Hawkins has been married for 47 years to Phyllis Hawkins
--Sidney Thomas is married to Martha Sheehy
