I agree. Marin County Court support and encourage Domestic Violence. Just sit in Family Court and watch. Criminal support criminal.

The sheriff's department said Olkeriil was pushed to the ground during an argument and injured her boyfriend with a kitchen knife.

Sounds like the boyfriend should have been arrested, instead.

They kissed and made up...he won't testify against her...POOF!'unable to sustain the burden of proof'. If you just drink and fight, learn to drink alone, or better, quit drinking.

Why wasn't the boyfriend arrested???

The sheriff seems to always arrest the wrong "victim." The deputies will arrest anyone putting up a stink rather than the true assailant, who may be playing it cool when the officers finally arrive.

If the guy did what she had done, he would be charged and prosecuted with several felonies.

When women commit a crime it's always the man who made them do it: they were either "abused" as wife, girlfriend, or by father 20 years ago.

What's with the landlords in Tam Valley?
First the counterfeiter/flasher felons and now this African refugee?

Fem Justice, you're absolutely right. Worse yet is the message sent that women can and regularly do get away with these crimes Were it a man, $100,000 bail(minimum) and close to that to pay for a defense. A double standard in it's worst form.

The boyfriend must have withdrawn from the case, therby no case. Next time she might kill him and there might be a case.
