Pennsylvania apparently has trouble REPAIRING roads so they are currently asking for 2.5 BILLION dollars to redo them extrememe makeover style.
If they would fix things like pot holes and cracks in timely manner the debris wouldn't be dragged around like sand paper on glass eroding the roads even more. Nor would water get in for freeze-thaw damage. Tar/sealer would do as much as resurfacing miles of road.
But I guess that's not enough jobs for the politicians to hand out.
