Ethical deception is rampant in this country and symptomatic of problems in our society. If they lie on a resume what would they do at work? I see it starting with young people applying for college - there is tremendous pressure to stretch the truth or outright fabricate extracurricular and volunteer activities when filling out college applications. Many college applications make it look like they are the next Rhodes Scholar!
