Can you believe the arrogance of the library board? One moment they are so broke and threatening to close down. Next minute they have a budget larger than they've ever had and "feel" the need for an ADDITION!
Taxpayers should have seen this one coming!
We tried to warn you to vote it down. Now we have to live with it because they'll never lower their needs only increase them....
We are fu****....

I agree! I VOTED NO...I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO SUPPORT THAT DAMN LIBRARY! I have lived here since 95 and I have never used that library! The school has a library and 95% of the community probably has internet access. I can't wait to slap the for sale sign on this house in the spring...goodbye Norwood!

i also voted no and dont know anyone who voted yes but yet passed the way it did. also dont recall a addition begin on the "ballet" for voting where that money commin from?? looks like tax increases every year now. should redo the vote and hold it at the munciple building on real voting machines bet there would be a change.

Another little tidbit: The day of voting a sign was placed on the door entry thanking voters for their support of the library. Imagine a note thanking people for voting NO. It was a done deal.
BTW, that is so, so not legal voting procedure.

. Maybe Norwood needs a better library? How about trying to help your dumbass children that sit on their lazy asses all day and do nothing but rot. Seriously. Big deal, alittle baby tax increase for a bit.
