My uncle served as Captain of the 243rd. The honor that Rombas has paid the 243rd is very remarkable and appreciated by these men and their relatives. I have visisted Rombas and the appreciation that is shown by this town is heart felt. Thank you Rombas and Jean-Louis Pironio for honoring our country and our relatives.
