you should just spend all the money advertising the problems about homeless people on the home less people..it costs alot of money to out up all these fliers..why dont they just build some low income housing or something. Homeless shelters just perpetuate th eproblem. we need to open our pretty brown eyes now and realise that these people need somewhere to sleep and eat and live...quit telling us about it and just spend that money on them and dont make more homeless shelters ......MAKE THEM SOME HOUSES AND GIVE THEM SOME CLOTHES MAYBE EVEN SOME FOOD. these homelss people arent animals..they are real people with real feelings..so what if their addicts or people with problems everybody has problems...what the hell? lets help these people..instead of talking baout it DO SOMETING ABOUT IT...

wait my comment has a bunch of mistakes....for real though.. people have to realise that all the money soent on advertising homeless people is a waste..this money should be spent on people...ovewr 200 million a years is spent on homeless people a year...thats just for homeless shelters...you should just spend that money and build some little houses. their are so man epople out there that need counselling and houses. of course they arent gonna speak up and say "oh i need help" of course they are gonna be scared..you need to speak to them like the human beings that they are and help them out.. homeless people arent animals that could just be thrown away and left laying around. these people are people..they have lives...maybe their lives arent much but they need help to get more out of life..they need houses and foofd..maybe eductaion..homeless people...oh my god..for real homeless shelters just perpetuate the problem...these homeless shelters give homeless people th eidea that..
"oh okay i could stay this way for ever..as longa s i got a warm meal and a warm place to stay tonight..i could stay this way for ever" it shouldnt be that way...i could go on and on about this for ever. homeless people need a house and other things that are need4ed in life.. Homeless people need counselling and other resources..of course a homeless person isnt gonna walk into a drug addiction center and say i need help because theyre scared..theyre intimated by people all dressed up adn fancy lookong. look at everything that people well off have..house clothes vehicleds food. big swimming pools..like were living the rich life according to homeless peole...i dont know i havr to go now..this problem just makes me want to cry

In case no one has noticed there are lots of little 'rackets' being run on the backs of the homeless.
Some shelters around the country are 'using' shelters and the homeless people in them to run theft rings, extortion rackets and drug sales. Some do not give the homeless the basics when it comes to health, sleep, hygiene, clothing, nutritional food, blankets and 'easy access to resources', local phone calls, ability to recharge a cell phone, et ecetera, which makes it nearly impossible for most homeless to 'get out' and 'move on' from the 'captive shelter systems'.
Yet, millions of dollars go in and very few homeless feel, taste, see, use or truly benefit from those stolen and wasted resources after the skimming and the abuse of the shelter residents and their money, food, etc.
We need Certification and Standards of Care and Staff/Management Hiring Standards and ENFORCEMENT of the non-profit contracts and health and safety laws to clean out all of the bad shelters.
We MUST DO THIS NOW because next year every city will be swamped with a whole lot more homeless people like good veterans who will likely have their benefits delayed for months or years and all of the 'new homeless' that are former home or condo owners that are now being forced out into these 'captive shelters' in the highest numbers we have seen since the Great Depression.
It's time to GET MOVING WITH SAFE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR EVERYONE NOW.
Stop the corruption in the shelters and let's get done to the serious business of expanding all housing facilities now, before the crush comes....
Send us your leads and data on housing and homeless numbers and we'll make charts to show just how fast homelessness is rising, everywhere !
