This has everything to do with hartford and companies investing... developers do just that, build buildings that attract companies who want to place their stores/business there. If you want to bring up the short comings of the Hartford 21 building not drawing tenants and then try and say the same thing will happen in Preston which is quite a different atmopshere and population than hartford. Is the developer supposed to open these stores himself if the location doesnt appeal to companies?<quoted text>
This isn't about Hartford and this isn't about companies investing. Its about a real estate guy making promises to residents of a community and not making good on them after two years. Why should the people of Preston believe Gottesdiener when he hasn't delivered on his Hartford 21 vows?
