U of R student hit by car

A man thought to be a University of Rochester student has serious injuries after being hit by a car early Saturday morning.

12:30am out on the streets, was he selling drugs or doing them???

And how are the RPD "still looking into how it happened"???
Are they sitting at Tim Hortons trying to come up with possibilities??
