We're running out of time, so if this sounds familiar to anyone PLEASE contact me. My husband was born in 1952 in Norwich. Adopted through Chenango County Social Svcs. Parents were married but separated when he was born, could not keep him. He has a SISTER born in 1947 who probably doesn't know he exists. If you know of this family, please help! Thank you for reading this.

If you are reading this and were an adoptee, or birth parent or sibling, you can sign up with ny state registry.

Joan

Its a mutual consent registry. Both parties have to sign up to be reunited.
