Man critically injured when struck by car in city

A man was critically injured early this morning when he was hit by a car while attempting to cross South Plymouth Avenue on foot near Genesee Street in Rochester.

J walkers should also get a fine equal to the fine of who hits them for had THEY not been breaking the law neither would the driver hit them. A traffic light would do no good because most people ignore them at that time of night anyway. I haven't driven in the city for the last 25 years and won't drive in the crummy city for the rest of my life because the pedestrians are all looney and think they have a right to walk in the street and not on the sidewalk!

A person operating a vehicle under the influence of alchohol in the city, while speeding. No way. Hmm! I must have missread that. Let me re-read the story. That can't be right. People don't speed. People don't drink and drive. Where are these reporters getting these falsifying statements from? SO SHOCKING...
