New law means earlier release for state's inmates

Let's stop locking up drug abusers and send them to treatment instead.. It won't cost any more money than 3 squares a day in prison.. and keep the rapists, murderers and child molesters locked up. someone who abuses drugs is can be rehabiltated successfully.. unlike sex offenders who prey on women & children!
