Newspaper reported 31 acres are developable. At a cost of approximately
$20,000,000 to taxpayers or developers. That is approximately
$650,000 per acre. Can a developer be found that will pay $650,000 per acre?
There is a lot of land available in the Norwich area for approximately
$50,000 an acre. Maybe that is one reason why the state of CT and Preston have not found a developer

IS it seriously true that place is haunted? I heard it was on VH-1 a few years ago doing that show where the people wore that goofy looking helmet camera.
