Restricting competition leads to monopolies-price fixing-reduced service etc.
If competition works for every profession, trade or business in the US, it should also work for the legal profession. The legal profession should
consider, this is the day and age of technology. The only way for the legal profession to survive is to join the rest of the world and embrace the modern way of doing business. Or get out of the way and let the progressive legal professionals take over.

actually, advertising for the professions is by word of mouth, not crass commercialism,which demeans the professions, and gives them the image of a circus barker.
