I live across the street from the Stater Bros, talk about a scary sight! Another young kid walking around with a gun in his hand. Wish this kid was home studying, instead he was out with a loaded gun at a store.

The article clearly stated the officers were part of the Criminal Survelliance Team... it said nothing about S.W.A.T.

The article also doesn't state who Razo's victim was and it doesnt state either that he was only outside of Stater Brothers because his friend went in to buy something and he was watching their bikes. If he really shot at someone, why doesn't the poilce know who this "someone" is. Those undercover police were also at the park when Razo and his friend were there minutes before the shooting, so why would they happen to be at the store as well? Unless, of course, they were following them. It is also known that the police who shot Razo had bloodshot red eyes as stated by a witness who was picking up her sister from Stater Brothers. Then after being dead they even cuffed him and stepped on him and laughed. They said they were going to let him die. They were acting like if they had just killed someone's dog. They had no right to do that. They are supposed to protect and serve not to kill fifteen-year-olds who "allegedly" had a gun and shot an unknown victim. Where's the evidence?

Woahhhh. Wow. Your sources are spreading rumors. If you didn't see it yourself you should not be talking about it in this manner. This is how ever more rumors are created.

Try not to be so defensive... my only point was that you made a comment about S.W.A.T., that's all.

It would seem to be that you have a great deal of "information" about the incident, have you spoken with the Sheriff's investigators about what you know? Or have you contacted the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and related this information?

Or is all of your "information" coming from someone else?

You rightly demand that evidence be produced to support the claims of the officers, yet fail to provide any evidence supporting your statements.

Your post insinuates that the officers are lying and that they were wrong to shoot, yet you present hearsay as fact.

Why don't we all just wait until the investigation is completed before casting judgement on anyone.

So, in other words, none of what you claim is anything you personally observed, just what somebody else told you.

Well I guess you're right, who am I to be saying anything? But we'll see what happens when the police come knocking on my door to investigate.
All I know is what the witness (the friend of his that was with him) said, and well supposedly th police wouldnt even tell Danny's (Razo) mother where his body was. Either way, we'll have to see what the truth is. I'm not saying the police is lying but I am saying that they could be. Why would they want to make themselves look like the bad guys? Anyways, like I said I can only count on what the witness tells me, but I am no one to be judging.

Are you implying that if the police DID knock on your door, you'd lie to them? Geeze, what's wrong with you?

not IF because they will, one of the witnesses lives in the rear of my house. And of course i will have to answer and call them to talk to them. When did i say i would lie? They have no business with me. I'm not even going to be the one talking to them. I don't recall saying i was going to tell them what i clearly wasnt a witness of.

We don't need to show any respect, because clearly he didn't by discharging a weapon in public. His friends and family don't show any respect either. The parking lot is tagged up with "neighborhood", the local furniture store's moving truck is tagged, there "RIP" garbage and anti cop slogans all over the memorial, etc etc etc. "Homies" stop by and leave bottles of liquor and cartons of cigarettes as offerings for his spirit. Is that all this dude was worth, some alcohol and drugs? Obviously his friends and family think so.

Why should anyone respect that?

Ha your homie got dropped because he was trying to gain respect from someone who is a sorry piece of work just like this 15 year old. The lapd or swat like one moron stated or maybe the military needs to set up next to his memorial and take out anyone who comes to pay respects at his last stand if anyone feels sorry put your mom on the other side of this dumbass because apparently he has no aim because his target got away that is what we call priceless

He is being shown more respect than the person he shot at. How much respect does a violent criminal deserve, especially one that had just tried to kill someone else?

At least you now know first hand where carrying a gun and gang banging get you, Hopefully you learn from Danny's mistakes. The cops aren't going anywhere if anything that area just got hotter.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Virgo

You aren't fooling anyone - it's easy for everyone else to see that inexperienced people are unaware of their obligations, Virgo. You're grumpy about starting a familiar process from the beginning again, but don't let that get in the way of getting on with it. Sour grapes have no place in your daily dealings. Although you may 'own' a project, it's ultimately in the hands of someone else. Deal with it and then move on.
