Idiots drive SUV as if they are cars. They are not. They do not react the same way to sudden swerves.

I laugh at idiots who put their children in them. They obviously don't care that much about safety. They're more concerned with appearing cool.

If Rudy cared about what his daughter or other family members might read about his demise, he should have been more careful. Obviously, he didn't care. So, don't expect strangers to care more than he did.

A news discussion board is not where his family should be going to find solace. There are websites that are dedicated to expressing sorrow & sympathy. This is not one of them.

Pico Rivera use better tact obviously you feel as though he's beneath you and truly you have no clue to judge a person that you personally never knew because if you had known him you would have never responded with you chosen syntax to describe something that you don't have a clue so reveal yourself if you feel you can belittle someone reveal yourself using those types of word to express something yet you want to remain anonymous remember there will be a day that you yourself will too be judge again ill reiterate if you knew him you would have never said those things about him and I find that you must like to demean people because you yourself a d your own life is miserable and you get great pleasure from others pain again use better syntax because one day karma will too know on your door and I'm sure you wouldn't want your own family members children especially have a knife that's already in their heart then have someone else come and twist it because they feel they are in the right two wrongs do not make a right you can discuss issues just know all the facts and use better judgement because karma is a bigger _____ than me and that saying "What other people see in you it's a reflection of themselves" <~ sound familiar so this really could be you describing yourself because "misery loves company"

There's no mention of any of those two factors in the post from the paper so how did you come up with this information being its still under investigation you shouldn't jump to conclusions until ALL the FACTS are out

LOL!! For someone who's bitching about people making assumptions, you should make a LOT of them. And you're wrong with all of them. So learn a little from what you preach.

As I stated, this is not a sympathy site, it's a news discussion board. If you don't like what you read here, don't visit the site.

So, you say that the other "annymous" poster is incorrect. Alcohol was not a factor. OK, so he just drove like an idiot. Even if that is the case, it's too bad he wasn't more concerned about his little girl. Most parents, who have little ones to come home to, are a little more cautious.

All in all at the end of the day when you can "Lol" and make underestimated comments about a person you clearly did not know if you did you wouldn't have never made those comments again a tragic accident doesn't mean he didn't care or not love his daughter I hope you or your family is never in this situation calling someone an idiot etc is not necessary I just ask that you use better syntax you can express yourself yet just remember you too can find yourself quickly or your family in this same situation and if you ave children I feel for them because your attitude on life and quick to judge people or things that happen when it's not your place to judge

Having little ones is a blessing and you can be extremely cautious yet when it's your time to go there's nothing you can do there's just no need to call someone out from their name that's kids stuff were adults as this is a "Discussion" not a bashing site again just use better syntax that's was my point first made

Don't use big words when you don't know what they mean.(syntax)

Quit getting upset with me because Rudy didn't care about his daughter or the rest of his family. If accohol wasn't involved, then he just drove like an idiot. Either way, he was careless.

Don't like it? Then don't visit this site.

Wow you sound very bitter and you should seek help rather than posting on this site interesting you won't reveal your name yet very quick to judge and syntax look it up instead of being so bitter read a dictionary or seek help because I could be just as ignorant as you sound in your post if you have children I hope that one day your children will never be in this same situation again were adults and this is an discussion not a bashing site so calling him out of his name so is a childish so take your hate elsewhere and ill say a prayer that whatever is bothering you is lifted from you so all this hatred. for someone that you didn't know again ill reiterate the name calling is not appropriate we're adults lets act like adults and leave the name calling out life is too short to use it up bashing someone on a site or their family again it's a discussion site be more productive with your day rather than belittling someone that you don't have all the facts things happen for reasons that we may never understand yet never demean a person living or demise because it can easily turn towards you keeping that in mind we can discuss this topic yet ridiculing someone does it really make you feel better if it does then by all means lift your spirits all that you need to do too make yourself feel better ill pray that you find peace with in yourself

And it sounds as if your parents taught you to always be a victim. No matter what you do, it's never your fault.

If that weren't true, you wouldn't be on here bitching because people are discussing what may have happened. YES!! What may have happened. That's what people do on a discussion board.

You are the one who needs to get a life. If something had happened to a family member of mine, we'd be consoling each other instead of looking to a message board to feel better about it.

BTW, if anyone needs to buy a dictionary, it's you, you fool. Go back to school and learn how to write before you criticize anyone. You write about as well as a 5 year old. I was going to let it pass, but when you were stupid enough to call me out about a word whose meaning you don't comprehend, I couldn't.

As I stated before, if you don't like what's posted here, don't read it. You have a choice. If you continue to post, I'll assume you want to read it some more...your brother was incredibly careless. It's a shame he wasn't more concerned about his daughter.

Rudy loved his daughter more than anything in this world. If you didn't know him personally which you obviously didn't you would never post something like that. Accidents happen! He was definately not an idiot! Please respect those of us who did know him and loved him

Have any of you who apparently know Rudy talked to the woman in the passenger side during the time of the accident? Who was she, and what did she see?
