I was a prospective employee at Logisticare, and here is the story of my terrible experience of attempting to get a job there.

First, I got a call for an interview, then went, filled out some paperwork, took a typing test (got 56 wpm), and also another test (scored 95%), Interview went great, however there was a few scheduling conflicts that I needed to see if I could work out. She told me that I just needed to call her back and she would get everything set up for me. Pretty much led me to think I had the job. After an hour or so, I had everything worked out, so I called back and was told the woman that interviewed me was not there and to call back. That was monday, between monday and wednesday I probably called at least 10 times, left a voicemail saying I was interested in going ahead and taking the job, and also left a few messages with various people that answered the phone when you first call. She never called back. I finally got a hold of the woman wednesday and was informed that she already filled the positions. I said okay, but after hanging up, I became upset and called back, spoke with her again, and told her how I left her voicemails, and had been trying so hard to get in touch with her. Her answer was "I have more important things to do than check my voicemail and call people back, I was busy interviewing other people", I then asked to speak with a manager, the manager was very rude and did not offer any help, all she said nothing is a sure thing here, and if we have another opening we'll set you up another interview (so i guess I did that paperwork and interview for nothing?) I remained calm and professional throughout the call, more so than those on the other line.

I think It's very unprofessional how they treated me, very disappointing. I have a good work history, and previous call center experience. I guess the lesson I've learned is, when you get offered a job, take it, and if you can't fix your conflicts, then I guess tell them you won't be able to take the job.

they did almost the same EXACT thing to my fiance. I don't know why they do things like that. But atleast you know it's not just you. Seems like that is just the way they do things there. I wouldn't work there, and i won't let her go back to try again.

They say free advice is worth what you pay for it, so here goes:

You are NEVER, and I mean NEVER going to win an argument with a recruiter on the phone when they do not hire you. All you can do is make it so they do not want to help you in the future.

Was the recruiter unprofessional in how she handled you? You bet!

Still, when you pick a battle, fight it in a way you can win.

Its not somewhere you want to work. Its unlike any other call center I've ever seen. The higher ups are about as mature and knowledgeable as a high schooler. The cliques are ridiculous! The training was so scattered you basically have to rely on yourself or fingers crossed an employee that's been there a while to help you. It could be a fairly good job with pretty good pay if they would get some decent managers/teachers.

i would not want to work for them they are worse than sykes in fact i call them logisticrap i don't even want to schedule a ride with them if i ever have medicaid or medicare my grand ma hated riding with them to her appointments

Seriously the worst customer care I have ever seen!! I have dealt with logisticare on multiple occasions with my work. Sometimes the rides wouldn't show up and when they did, they were NEVER on time! The service I received when I called wasn't much better! I say take it as a blessing!!

If you didn't get a job there that's your fault. That has nothing to do with the people that work there. If you didn't get a call back then most likey a reason is following that. Don't blame anyone that works cause. We can't help that you fucked up your interview. And fat patty. When do you work? I need a bj. Super 8 right? Does Jordan Caudill know?

Aaron shouldn't you be the one blowing somebody? I heard you finally came out of the closet, about time.

LogistiHell was pretty bad, count yourself lucky that you didn't get the job, it is in your best interest, I promise you.
