What is "weathies"? It's certainly not you, you couldn't have even finished high school. Lol. I think you mean "wealthiest". Of hell it could be anything considering the dumbasses that start these pointless threads.

Wendle Bartnette is by far the wealthiest Wise Countian. He was already worth many millions when he sold all the double kwicks. Somewhere around 70 units, many with fast food franchises within, were sold for one big lump sum. Plus he owns WAXM, the Cleaners, Freedom Ford and a few other car dealerships. If I had to fathom a guess of his net worth, I would have to say it would exceed 100 million dollars. He is a true american success story, and one of the most successful people to have ever called Wise County home.

Yes, probably over a year ago. He's the one who did all the work to the place.
In addition to Wendell, Jack Davis is probably by far the wealthiest Wise Countian. A lot of folks forget about him even though he has moved on to FL now. I would also venture to say Jerry Wharton isn't far behind. Tim Morgan also supposedly has a fortune built up because he doesn't live an extravagant lifestyle at all.
I don't even consider Hunnicutts to be on the same level as these folks.

You may leave this man out, due to him living in Gate City, however, all his businesses *or most are located in Wise County, and he is by far one of the nicest, wealthiest men in the County. 15 teen years ago, he told me he had enough money for his children's, children's , grandchildren's and I know he owns several businesses in Myrtle Beach and lots of other states. He is super nice to his employees and owns all sorts and types of strip and deep mines with the shipping of coal rights to the New Port Ship yards for shipping coal overseas, and has being doing so for many years. His father prior to him, and he and his sister's husband, jointly run the operations "after" their dad retired. Not sure if their dad is still alive, but both are extremely great men.

In my opinion, you would need one of George Barnetts backhole to even find a heart on a Hunnicutt! You all know the old saying " if you could buy them for what they are worth and sell them for what they think they are worth ?" Well, then I would be the richest person in the whole USA !!

You missed the point. There is not a piece of heavy equipment named a " backhole". It is a backhoe. Posters were poking fun at the person who doesn't know the difference.
