Do horses eat hay? Do the stars shine at night? Was Lyndon Johnson a crook...Nixon?

Crooks like these win at the cost of others "below" their level of sophist knowledge. They live forever by consuming the glands and blood of innocent babies sacrificed on the altar of Marduk (Moloch).

The McAfee bunch is a wannabe crew. Like John Gotti and his kid asking for membership in the CFR. They have their use but everyone of any importance knows they are true bottom-feeders. Anyone's bottom. In my opinion, of course.

I totally agree with your statement, but since this is about his dear-ole-dad, I'll wait for the "Tim" thread.

Say what you will about the McAfee's. But when it comes down to it I know who I'm choosing as my lawyer when I need one.

Yes, it's a shame Don isn't practicing anymore. He helped me one time many years ago. I also seen him in court one time. It was hilarious. A guy was up there charged with some kind of alcohol offense. Earls got up there and handed the office two cans and ask him which he smelled on the defendant the night in question. The officer smelled and said they both smelled the same. When the cans were revealed, one was a Bud and the other was the nonalcoholic drink. The guy was found not guilty. That's who I'd pick. It was a hoot!!

Don lost his license wrote:
To practice law? Money laundering or something. If I'm not mistaken he had lost it before that also but got it back and STILL couldn't stay straight! Yep, sounds like a great lawyer to me!
I didn't say he was ethical, but he was a good attorney. There are very few attorneys who are ethical. I know several people who used him back in the 80's and he always did good by them. As I said previously, he helped me when I was 17. My friend also used Don as their divorce attorney and he really nailed her husband. So irregardless of why he was disbarred, he was a good attorney...just sayin'
Just because an attorney hasn't been disbarred doesn't mean they aren't/haven't done anything wrong, it just means they haven't gotten caught.

I agree with you Michelle, Don was a great lawyer. He could have probably contested why he was disbarred and won, but I think he was ready to retire anyway so he didn't fight it, but he is a good man and a good person and he was the only hope for anyone that was really innocent but was being railroaded by the powers that be back here.

Be careful there, I thought the same thing when my father in law was struck by a car while crossing the street. Carl came to the hospital with his partner Joe Carico and we retained Carl. He in the end sold him out to the opposing party's insurance company. See the driver of the car that hit my father in law was the nephew of one of Carl's buddies. This information we didn't find out until it was to late. Yes Carl is a crook, one of the worse kind.

My father in law was struck by a car while crossing the street, we retained Carl at the hospital just days after the accident. My father in law had 52 broken bones and severe head trauma, some of which was permanent. He ( my father in law ) lost about 20 years worth of memory , most of this was the memories of raising his children and the early years of his grandchildren. This is something you can't treat or cure, you just have to deal with it. Carl told us we had a case that there was no way they would get away with hitting him, well Carl ended up going behind our backs and selling us out to the opposing party's insurance company. See the driver of the car happened to be the nephew of one of Carl's buddies. This information we didn't find out until it was to late. They ended up hitting a man, nearly killed him messed him up for life physically and mentally and didn't even get a ticket. It's all who you are around here the laws don't matter, your last name does.
Carl McAfee is a crook of the worse kind!

He's without a doubt the best lawyer I've found in Wise county. He's represented me several times and I couldn't have found anyone better. He's the best in my opinion. He's up in years now and I think we all slow down as we get older. I always gave him an A+ rating. Job Well Done.
