I was present at the Englewood shooting. The man wasn't "insane" enough to be able to purchase a gun, then form the thought to go to Kmart and randomly shoot two people. The law is an ass.

If I had to work or shop at K-Mart, I'd kill someone too...

Yeah, sorry. That was a crappy remark. We all have to eat.

K-Mart isn't what it used to be, by a long shot...The whole "Sears Holdings" B.S. has drastically changed them for the worse...
Corporate posers, with their corporate brown nosing, drama creating, greedy, wannabe attitudes ruined that company...They screw the "little people" big time...

Isn't he being sent to the same state mental health facility that has had so many "walk aways" and runaways in the last two years?

He may genuinely suffer from mental illness, but it sounds like he also has learned how to work the system to his advantage. Sick enough to not be held responsible for criminal acts, then gets well enough to be released after a brief stay in Pueblo. He might have still been able to obtain a gun illegally, but there is no way he should have been permitted to buy one at a store with his well documented history of mental illness and violence.

I hope he gets the treatment he needs, but I pray he is kept confined for many, many, many decades.
