You can see guys wearing just that, on regular TV now-a-days and in underwear print ads.

BTW, did you all catch his divorce hearing? His wife was claiming that she was embarrassed, mortified and publicly humiliated when she "discovered" what he did for a living. How in the world could she have dated, and then married, the "Naked Cowboy" and not know that he stood on the sidewalks in his underwear playing his guitar?
