Where was the mom? If she was there and had witnessed this type of behavior (which she probably did because the article said it went on for months), she should be charged right along with him. What is wrong with these women who let men like this near their children?! I agree with badgerone. Get rid of this guy. But the mom probably deserves the same treatment.

I am thinking this POS never worked, stayed at home with the kid while the Mother went to work, so not always a case where is the mother. But yes the Mother should have known. A person can't have a broken clavicle and not be in pain.

Hang him from the highest tree.

This is another example of generational violence. It's too sad and an innocent tiny little child was the victim.

Just another example of a mother's screwed up priorities. When will women learn. Is having a total loser in bed with you worth risking the safety of a child? Is that really love?

Throw both of these losers in jail and let the inmates have at 'em. Hopefully, they'll both get the **** kicked out of them so they'll BOTH know how that innocent baby felt. Both are equally responsible for this tragedy.

I remember this story well, i was sick over this whole story and did not understand this sick family. There were signs and the mother even said how he stop eating would scream in pain and everything she said up to his death was signs he was hurt and dying. U can not tell me that the mother and the grandparents and anyone else around did not c him in pain or notice anything wrong. she stated how he cried in pain sitting up and how he would not eat, even when he was dying the symptoms of someone that is dying he had. When anyone a adult or child is not eating screams when moved or skin is colored there is something going on. This sick person (mother) and the rest of the family that seen this baby should be charged with something. If you can find the story that first came out about this poor child you will c what the mother says about what was going on with the child. she tells everything and it was her that notice and seen the signs that this child should of been taking to the hospital right away. not eating and screams when moved HELLO something is wrong. if she took the child right away he may have been saved from this sick family, that is why she should be charged to,and not with negligent with murder to.She did not seek treatment for his signs. And if she has other kids they should be taken away because she is lost and does not know how to take care of children.

st paul you are right , the whole family should be charged both "her" parents and "his" as they shared their time between both households. These people should be charged with at the very least negligent homicide as they were witness to all i am sure. Yucky sick people. The only thing I can think is they may be mentally diminished (stupid) to have these two baby makers living with them and not see what was happening. They should be tarred and feather and chased out of town. How can they show their faces ANYWHERE in public. If If knew or saw them on the street I would tell them what is what. I would not want them in the community subhuman beings that they are.

Why on earth would this monster ever get a chance of parole. He is a baby killer. That poor deflensless child suffered at the hands of a monster. What more do you need to keep him in prison forever.

Your post says it all Lynn, but then we would be stomping all over his rights. Never mind the rights of the child that he killed. The the rights of the victim never matter, only the rights of the slime that committed the crime.

wrong word -- sarcastic but using the same "logic" and venom that many of these commenters sprew against the entire black race because of the over publicized actions of a few.

Wrong again, the venom that "many" of these poster may spew but not "all". You are bit short sighted but may have good reason to be. You just exposed yourself as being in that same catagory you have such distain for. Its ok things will get better.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Leo

You'll be action-oriented today, Leo. If truth be told, intense physical activity has the ability to soothe you much more than frenzied mental exercise. Invitations to madness are the wrong thing for you, but they are tempting nonetheless. Dig in your heels and do what you know you have to do. When driving this evening, take extra care.
