Props to the CEO for offering a credit to customers who were "inconvenienced" by a lack of connectivity. This is ALL anyone should receive, a credit for a disruption in service. A class action lawsuit? Give me a break! For many years, Insight has provided a great product with outstanding service. If anyone should have a class action lawsuit filed against them, it should be AT&T. Consumers, get your facts straight. Support a company that provides a great local service and MANY jobs to our area.
