Unemployment benefits accessed at casino ATMs
State agencies are not keeping trackA of what could be millions in unemployment compensation benefits being withdrawn from ATMs at Pennsylvania casinos - and this lack of information has one state senator asking for a ban.

It is no one's business what people do with their money. This is money that employees have paid into their unemployment. Why doesn't the state have to show what they do with all the unemployment money that is collected but not used for unemployment benefits?
