You just proved what I said. We agree 100%. Obama has shown the same documentation as Sun Yat Sen proving Hawaiian birth. Namely none. If Sun Yat Sen was not born in Hawaii, then why do you think Obama was? You could be right or maybe Fukino was refering to an adoption decree, amended birth certificate, certificate of out of state birth, late registration of birth or any other document in vital records. Fukino employs bureaucratic doubletalk with apurpose to confuse her audience.

Read Texas birth certificate statutes. They state the criteria for obtaining (very) late registrations of birth. This is probably just one case among many. Bottom line-Obama is a very strange case. He holds the ONLY job in America requiring USA birth. Statutes do not(and need not) deal with his particular situation. Think- Why should a state make it difficult for someone to obtain its birth certificate? Why jerk people around. If my buddy were born in Louisiana just across the border from Texas and for whatever reason lied, what harm is done? Why should Texas really care?
