What restaurants in Grimes Cty do you think should be shut down for filth?

Rosie Pho's on Texas & Holleman got a 58
El Taconazo Harvey Mitchell pkwy got a 64
It's disgusting how some restaurants operate, there is no excuse for filth.
They should have to pay a fine for every violation that endangers the public health, maybe then they'd clean up.
