These companies that say they are hiring, employment offices, and temp services need to meet in the middle. I was jobless for nearly a year and it would not have been that long if companies were willing to train people. I would see a number of manufacturing jobs posted but they required x amount of years experience. Companies I went to in person would tell me they use this or that temp service and when I went to them I would be told they did not have anything for that company or to fill out an application online. If the community colleges have manufacturing training, the companies still need to willing to hire and train people.

Talked with a g/m of a company that moved to this are, he was pleased with employees he has but was disappointed in how many prospects that could pass a drug test
