Dog was not agressive, great w kids, There is no record of anyone calling ACo or sheriffs or the owner of the dog to complain. There is no leash law, dog was under voice control. Shooter is looking at 5 years jail and 15K fine. And then the owner of the dog will sue her for damages, mental anguish, etc.
