Well I liked Math, but It's part of the what I wanted to be, and currently am.

I remember back in High School some kids stole the Vice Principal's Mailbox, post and all, and had it set up in his Parking Spot Monday Morning.

Not liking math or not this is complete crap. I see these kids did this after graduation was already held or they would not of been able to walk with their class. I looked up their graduating class and these kids did indeed graduate. Now they can all be put on probation. If they are planning on going out of state to college they may not be able to. Probation does not allow you to leave the state. Unless they are all currently working as cashier's at some local WAWA for their careers. Oh wait they could not do that...they were terrible at math. LOL!

They were cited June 2 and graduation was the 11th. Having their names listed and being allowed to walk in graduation are two different things. I don't know if they walked or not.

How did this get to the mcall when I can't find it in The Reporter? Wow.

Restitution is a good thing.

Make all of them repair the damages. Even if it takes all summer. Their parents can hire a Project Manager to Supervise these Grunts.
If they don't complete their work, they go the Lehigh County Prison for a year.

I remember back in the 60's, when my brother and I went to Allen High. There was an English teacher there who was always trying to humiliate kids and pick on them. My brother and some others vandalized his classroom. I know it wasn't right but that teacher had it coming. I personally remember quite a few teachers who publicly humiliated their students. It really is the responsibility of the parents though, to teach their kids humility and how to deal with it in a positive way. Vengence in the way of vandalism or any other crime is not and never should be accepted as an excuse to appease one's anger, even if someone feels it's deserved. Unacceptable behavior by the teacher as well as the student, should always be reported to the proper authority or school officials. The perpetrators of the vandalism should have to clean the graffitti from the teacher's home themselves, pay for any damage that can't be cleaned up, and take an anger management course.

True...Sad...To think that they completely forgot that they are now adults!!! And to have such "good" buddies and to be stupid enough to be a followers. They should be made to scrubs community toilets for minimum wage and their pay garnished until the full amount is paid off...(Pay should be garnished regardless of what their job is to ensure a speedy restitution of the money to the teacher. That's what punishment should be like. Not just being locked up with three meals, GYM, cable tv and time to become more creative about how they will avoid getting caught next time. Making their parents suffer when they have to visit and having them come up with money for commisary. I'm not a teacher, a lot of them have it bad enough to have to put up with a bunch of nutjobs vandalizing their santuary and harrasing them and their loved ones. I hope they lose a yr of whatever their plans were due to this stupidity and maybe they will learn. And yes, I do have an 18 yr. old that could be in their shoes, and if he gets there for his own stupidity, so be it.
