They made few meaningful concessions. All that was done was posturing to make the people feel that meaning concessions were made.
The transit system will be doomed again to financial collapse in 4 years.
Way to go!
Same old story in the steel buckle of the rust belt.

I agree with John. The real problem with the Port Authority is the wages payed to employees with certain jobs are not consistant with the market. For example:
Janitor: 24.00 hr. Reality: 9.00 hr.
